A Primer on Conscious Ascension |

For those new to the concept of conscious ascension, there is much information available from many different sources. There are differences in perception of how and why, and the terminology used by these varying sources, however certain truths are consistent. At Exquisite Life Coaching, we are focused on the ultimate truths and do not subscribe to any particular vision pertaining to the details of why and how, or precise timing and such. With this said, what follows are brief descriptions for those who are only coming to this information for the first time. |

Humanity is experiencing a pivotal amplification in vibrational frequency and consciousness. While this ascension process sounds like a passive one, it is not. It is true that the vibrational frequencies on earth have been increasing rapidly for a number of years and that all life is affected by these increasing frequencies. However, to make the quantum shift into ascended consciousness there is spiritual 'due diligence' that must be undertaken by every human lifestream in order to synergize these frequencies and consciously prepare for the quantum changes ahead. Those that refuse to do their work will experience the increasing density of 3rd dimensional existence, not the 7th golden age.

What do you mean by 5th dimensional frequency? While it is commonly accepted that everything is energy and has a vibrational frequency, it is far less common for most people to recognize this as fact in day-to-day life, let alone that they too sustain a vibrational frequency. The frequency level sustained by the vast majority of consciousness at this time is of a dense, 3rd dimensional nature. Translation: vibrating at a far slower rate than is required in the coming times. The frequencies required to experience the 5th dimension and beyond are far greater than what we have been accustomed to. While frequencies in and around earth have been amplifying for years, each individual must conscious amplify their vibrational frequency still further, which involves taking full responsibility for their thoughts and beliefs, feelings, state of balance, health and so on. In order to live in the 7th golden age one must be able to sustain 5th dimensional frequency.

It is thought that prior to this point in linear time there have been 6 golden ages. In some aboriginal cultures they have been referenced as 'worlds.' As the vibrational frequencies on earth amplify, it is entering is own final phase of ascension. We too have the divine contract to make this same quantum shift. The golden age, also referred to as the aquarian age, is an experience of unified consciousness lived in spherical time (non-linear time). Its hallmarks are those of peace through soul connections established in complete respect of the sovereignty of all, absolute integrity, full open communication with all consciousness (nothing is hidden--nothing to hide) and everything is energetically experienced. It is an age of light, literally, where everything and everyone emanates light. The distinction between the coming golden age and previous ages is that with this quantum shift humanity's ascension is complete--ascension in consciousness and ascension of the physical body.

What do you mean by conscious transfiguration? In order for ascension of the physical body to occur it must transfigure. To transfigure the human body is to completely transform it to its exalted state as a body of light, or lightbody. This requires deliberate, sustained acceleration of the vibrational frequency within your electron particle spin. This transfiguration does take time to complete, which is why it is essential for those wishing to live in the 7th golden age to commit to conscious action now. Note: If this sounds more scientific than spiritual, know that there is a science to spirituality that has yet to be fully revealed. Another feature of the 7th golden age is a merging of all polarities, including that of science and spirituality. But this is not a linear science of studying formulas. It is the science of soul.

Can you give me an idea of what you are referring to when you speak of "ancient paradigms"? Just about everything we know. Most 'truths' that we know will need to make a quantum shift also. Religions and spiritual paths must shift, as in their current forms they externalize the divine, despite espousing that the divine is within. Relationships must come into balance, as those that sustain manipulation, control, dependency, jealousy and the like will not survive the shift. Medicine, psychology, energy, transportation, banking, government, even alternative healing and 'paranormal' abilities must upgrade now to align with the multidimensional frequencies that we are moving into. Those that cling to the status quo will remain in 3rd dimensional density.

Do I have to study this in depth before working with a spiritual ascension coach? While a solid foundation is helpful, willingness and commitment to shift your perspective, take action and make changes is what is most important.
